History:
Communications Venture Corporation was incorporated June 16, 1995. The original goal of the company was to acquire FCC licenses for wireless communications service. In response to rapidly changing market conditions, the company evolved into a CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier). Creating the trade name INdigital, it began offering service in Allen County, Indiana in 1997. As the company continued to evolve, it expanded into the research, development and implementation of IP based Enhanced 9-1-1 network solutions. The company is the creator and network operator of the Indiana Wireless Direct Network, also known as the IN911 network. The company continues to develop new and emerging technology in the public safety industry sector.
