INdigital was founded in 1997.
What is your company’s history?
INdigital is owned by 10 independent Midwestern telephone companies with over a century of experience and public service. We are proud of our local ownership. Our headquarters are in Fort Wayne and we are incorporated in Indiana. We make our decisions in our home town.
What are your organizations’ customer service standards?
As a local company, we have the network architecture, skills and common sense to get the job done. Because of our willingness to listen to you and think “out of the box”, INdigital has successfully solved many problems that other companies have not.
What about support?
INdigital provides 24/7/365 support. Great support is a standard operating procedure. A lot of companies can’t afford to hire a full-time IT (Information Technology) professional to take care of their site. That’s why we’re here. We have the tools and the staff that allow us to focus our attention on customer service.
What troubleshooting services are provided? What level of ownership of issue resolution is provided?
INdigital telecom views itself as the “one throat to choke” solutions provider. It is our intention to provide our expertise and service on support issues. INdigital provides 24/7/365 support. We do not view this support to be a premium service, but a standard operating procedure.
My stuff is broken and can I fix it?
First, verify that your equipment has power. Does your phone system have power? Can you get on the internet? If the answer is yes, then you will need to call your phone vender. If the answer is no, then contact us.

What should I do if the internet stops working?
Many times, a simple re-boot of your computer will solve a lot of mysterious issues. You may also need to unplug your router/firewall. If re-booting your PC and restarting your firewall doesn't get you started, call us for resolution of your problem.
How soon may I expect service?
INdigital is on call 24/7/365, and will respond to your service outage as quickly as possible.

We offer a variety of ISDN primary rate interface (PRI) services and have an even wider variety of Internet Protocol networks, called INnet. This depends on the services provided by INdigital. Your account rep will work with you to determine what site specific equipment you need.
Do I need to change the wiring in my office?
This depends on the services provided by INdigital. Your account rep will be happy to work with your equipment vendor or internal staff on these issues.
